After walking onto the University of Cincinnati football team in 2019, Cayson quickly proved his determination and skill by earning a redshirt and eventually securing a scholarship. As a starter for four seasons, he helped lead his team to success while earning his undergraduate degree in Marketing and a Master’s in Business Administration.
Cayson's journey continued at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned a Master’s in Sports Leadership, further refining his leadership skills and strategic thinking. Now, with a diverse academic background and hands-on experience in high-pressure environments, Cayson is passionate about using his skills to help clients buy and sell their dream homes.
