Originally from Fairfield, Connecticut, Sam draws upon years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate. Upon graduating from the College of Charleston, Sam relocated permanently to Southwest Florida. As a long-term resident of Naples, FL, Sam is well versed in the intricacies of the Naples real estate market.
Prior to joining William Raveis, Sam spent several years with Meridian Capital Group and various private equity firms focused on structured debt advisory on a national scale. Sam has played an instrumental role in successfully originating and closing over $100 million in real estate transactions nationally across all asset classes and has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results for his clients.
With a background in capital markets, Sam brings a unique perspective to residential real estate, offering clients investment-focused strategies tailored to their needs.
