My name is Ianula Moen, though many know me as Yani. Originally from Bucharest, Romania, I’ve spent over a decade in the States and have proudly called Florida my home since 2018. As a mother to a wonderful 9-year-old son, two beagles, and a homeowner myself since 2022, I have a deep, personal understanding of what “home” truly means.
I chose a career in real estate in 2020 and have embraced it as a path of immense professional and personal growth. My approach is built upon a solid foundation of European experiences in Public Relations and Marketing, further strengthened by a bachelor's degree in Communication and Public Relations and a master's in European Affairs.

As a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM), I offer an insider’s perspective on the intricacies of Homeowners Associations. For added convenience and a seamless closing process, I am also a Public Notary and certified Notary Signing Agent. I proudly speak 3 languages fluently: Romanian, English and Spanish.
